Processing Time All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Original paintings may require additional packaging time to ensure they are safely protected for transit.
Shipping Zones & Rates We ship to Europe and worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays outside our control.
Packaging All artwork is packaged with great care. Prints are shipped flat or rolled in protective tubes. Original paintings are wrapped and boxed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Customs & Import Duties For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and artwork immediately and contact us at alina_laura_anton@yahoo.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
