Return & Refund Policy

Original Paintings: All original paintings are final sale and non-returnable. As unique, handmade works of art, each piece is one-of-a-kind and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please review all artwork details, dimensions, and images carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions prior to buying, contact us at alina_laura_anton@yahoo.co.uk — we're happy to provide additional photos or information.

Prints: We have a 30-day return policy for prints. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the print must be in its original condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at alina_laura_anton@yahoo.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item. Please take a photo and send it to alina_laura_anton@yahoo.co.uk and I will help you with the order and refund process.

European Union — Right of Withdrawal: If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, for any reason and without justification. This applies to prints only. Original paintings, as unique handmade works, are exempt from the right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(c) — goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your account at https://account.alinalauraantonart.com and submit a return or cancellation request through your order. You will receive an automatic confirmation once your request is submitted.

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the item within 14 days. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless otherwise agreed.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will refund the full purchase price including the standard outbound shipping cost you paid, to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at alina_laura_anton@yahoo.co.uk.
